Red Bell Pepper & Tomato Soup
- 5 tomatoes
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 avocados
- 1/4 red onion
- 1 bunch basil
- 1 handful goji berries
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Feel free to warm it up in a sauce pan. Raw food doesn’t have to be cold. Just remember to do the finger test, if it’s too hot to touch, it’s no longer raw.
