Raw Kale Avocado Salad
Here is a simple and delicious salad recipe with Kale being the main ingredient. If you don’t know already, Kale is a nutritional powerhouse rich in minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and is also very anti-inflammatory.
In a large mixing bowl, add your chopped kale and using your hands massage it with the lemon juice and 1/2 an avocado until soft and fully marinated. This makes it much tastier and easier to digest. Then add chopped tomatoes, cubed avocado, and dulse. Mix all ingredients and enjoy! :)
