Mango Banana Smoothie
2 Mangos
4 Bananas
1 red Apple
Water from 1 Coconut
1 cup Spring Water
Blend ingredients until smooth.
Strawberry Cilantro Smoothie
1 Pint of Strawberries (1 Carton)
Juice of 5 Oranges
Small Bunch of Cilantro
Small Handful of Blueberries
Cherimoya. Breakfast this morning. Springtime = lots of tropical fruit :)
Pineapple Mango Salsa
1 Pineapple
3 Mangos
3 Large Beefsteak Tomatoes
1/2 Red Onion
Bundle of Green Onions
Bundle of Cilantro
1 Red Bell Pepper
Juice of 2 Lemons or Limes
Directions:
Dice all ingredients and mix into a bowl.
Mix all of the ingredients until the juices mix together.
When ready, sprinkle with lemon/lime and enjoy!
