Ingredients:
5-7 Honeycrisp or Pink Lady Apples
Juice of 2-3 Lemons or Limes
5-6 Stalks of Celery
1 Cucumber
Half Head of Romaine
1 Head of Kale

Place all ingredients through a juicer and begin to watch your Soul Shine! :)

The Holy Grale Juice
Ingredients:
1 Bag Grapes
Half to 1 Head of Kale
  Directions:
Put all ingredients through a juicer and strain the juice.
Pour into a glass and enjoy this amazing drink!

Coconut Wheatgrass Juice

Ingredients
Water from 3 Thai Coconuts
1-4 oz. Wheatgrass juice (depending on how strong you like it, I used 1 oz. for this juice)

5 Carrots
3 Apples
Thumb of Ginger (No more than that or it will be very strong!)

2 Navel Oranges (peeled)

water from 1 coconut strained
Pour juice in a serving jar and mix in coconut water. Serve and enjoy!

If you’re getting into juicing, I recommend starting out with a simple juice like Celery, Carrot, Apple juice. You want your body to detoxify, but you don’t want to go too fast. Celery strengthens the bones and breaks through the cell walls and releases toxins from the body. Carrots clean out the kidney and improves eyesight. Apples help circulate the blood and energize the cells and makes the juice taste sweeter. After a couple weeks your body is ready to take it to the next level and really alkalize, so you can add spinach, kale, arugula, lettuce, cucumber, orange, lemon, ginger, dill, beets, cilantro, parsley, etc.
